The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was really friendly and made us feel welcome. There were two rooms which was perfect for our group of friends. The location was great as it was close to some attractions and restaurants.
There was no air conditioning which made it very uncomfortable to sleep, especially during the summer months. The only option was a fan which wasn't powerful enough to cool down the room.

We had a great stay in the heart of Lainate. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Despite the language barrier, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even using Google Translate to communicate. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. the facilities were top-notch, with a fan provided to keep us cool on hot days.
It would have been more comfortable if there had been air conditioning available, especially during the peak summer months.

The lack of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. Although a fan was provided, it did not offer much relief from the heat and ran at a low speed.
